Return Guidelines

• Items must be returned in their original, undisturbed packaging to be eligible for store credit.
• Ensure that all accompanying accessories are included; incomplete returns may result in cancellation of the exchange.

Exchange & Return Procedure

• Replacement Orders:
  We begin processing a replacement as soon as the initial package is picked up.
• Customer-Initiated Exchanges:
  If you opt to exchange the product on your own, a $4 delivery fee will apply.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued after a careful quality check of the returned item.
• For cash-on-delivery purchases, refunds will be provided through money transfer services (Whish Money).

Delivery Schedule
Replacement items are generally delivered within 5-8 working days.
